Served as project lead and worked with team to develop test plan and test over 170 lab automation
programs and equipment at Eli Lilly Greenfield Labs. This group project involved cooperation of each of
each of the over 40 individual lab's technical and scientific lead along with a group of up to 6
technical and managerial staff members to test equipment protocol, data transfer, network controllers,
programs (VB, Access, Filemaker pro, Excel macros). Equipment tested ranged from balances and data
capture equipment to routing of data transfers from 16 bit and 32 bit Network interface cards for the
environmental control systems (Metasys).

Member of a two-man team that developed a defect analysis system for a consumer electronics company. The
system revealed the percentage of defects at each stage in the manufacture of television tubes. Front end
VBA and back end of SQL Server.
Developed a project change request tracking system for Cummins Engine Company. The system tracked the
entire life cycle of each change from inception to drafting, tooling, and implementation.
Access front end with Oracle engine.
Developed a requisitioning system that tracked the entire process from the originator to the part
receivable. This was done using SQL windows and Oracle. Coordinated and applied changes to support a
mortgage loan approval system in SQL windows.

Managed daily activities of four senior analysts. Implemented an automated survey and reporting system
for internal analysis. Member of a 12-analyst team that rewrote a telephone and services billing system
for college and university system using SQL windows & Informix. Charged with overall system design,
database structure, and complete rewrite of the provisioning section. Analyzed and applied changes to a
language translation phone billing system in the areas of product codes, journal entries, and rates.

Member of conversion group established to convert to Client Server technology. Duties included database
and table structure design. Created data retrieval and population tools. Support and reporting analysis
for patient discharge data covering 950 hospitals nationwide. Monitoring cesarean section birth trends,
DRG groupings and costs analysis by hospital, by physician. Unix, Informix, Informix 4gl used as the
working environment.
Installed, implemented and documented an EDI file transfer package that transmitted files from IBM
platforms to any NCR Platform. Implemented CICS interface to invoke LU6.2 communications command
allowing transfer to occur.

90/80 environment. Learned, supported and enhanced the billing, invoicing, and index field portion of
the RCA Music Service Fulfillment system. Transitioned the above systems into an IBM 4381 environment.
