How long does it take for me to get the loan?
Within 5-to-7 business days after receiving your fully completed application and other documents, an eSapp financial specialist will email or fax a written proposal to you with several funding options. You decide on your funding and sign the approval letter. Then we complete the legal paperwork and overnight it back to you for your signature. Many times we can EFT the money into your account the next business day.

Why so much paperwork?
A customer's credit history is the most critical component a lending institution considers when deciding whether or not to grant a lease or loan. Banks desire comprehensive financial and personal data on potential customers. Our application and personal financial statement, while detailed, provide the financial institutions with the information they require. When you complete these forms fully, you speed the application process and increase your chances of successfully obtaining a loan with beneficial terms.

Should I be concerned about sending information over the Internet?
This is a valid concern. eSapp Consulting uses several safeguards to protect your confidential information. Our web server and portal are safeguarded by Web-Pros' security, the Covalent ERS system. Convalent ERS utilizes the most secure SSL encryption technology available--the RSA B-Safe libraries.

What do I pay for your services?
eSapp Consulting is paid a variable fee by the funding service organization. Our fee will depend on the size, type and term of your contract. You are never obligated to accept a proposal from either a specific vendor or from us.

I'm interested! How do I apply?
For projects up to $50,000, simply fill out the loan application on this site. There is absolutely no cost and no obligation.

For projects greater than $50,000, we ask you to submit the following information:
• Completed loan application
• Personal financial statement
• Two years of your signed personal tax returns
• Two years of the practice's tax returns
(for medical practice expansion or acquisition only)
• Current YTD financials for the business

It is our preference that you complete the application and personal financial statement using the Internet, or, if you are more comfortable, on a typewriter. In addition, if possible, we prefer to receive any additional supporting documents via e-mail. This ensures that your information will be legible both to us and to the financial institution, and that accelerates the loan application process for you.
